The Flute Concerto in festive broadcast

The FLUTE CONCERTO of Mr. Virágh was aired for the first time on Hungary’s National Foundation Day (20th August), which is a truly special national holiday in Hungary. Radio Bartók aired the concerto as part of the ARS NOVA radio program at 22:00 hours. It features Gergely Matuz, soloist along with Vilmos Oláh, concertmaster as well as János Kovács, conductor.

Leading up the program, a short interview made with the composer was played before airing the composition.
